IndiGo has launched ‘Cabs with IndiGo’, a dedicated airport transfer service designed to provide travellers with reliable and seamless connectivity to and from airports across India. The initiative forms part of the airline’s broader strategy to strengthen its end-to-end travel ecosystem and simplify the overall travel experience for customers.
Integrated with IndiGo BluChip, the airline’s loyalty programme, the service enables members to earn five IndiGo BluChips for every INR 100 spent on airport transfers booked through the platform. The offering seeks to combine airport mobility with loyalty rewards while providing travellers with greater convenience and predictability.
The airport transfer service is powered by Mojoboxx and is available across Indian cities served by IndiGo. Customers can reserve rides with a nominal booking amount, access pre-booked cabs at transparent prices and benefit from assured pick-up services. The platform also offers free cancellation up to the scheduled pick-up time and includes 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time to accommodate potential travel disruptions.
According to the airline, the service has been developed to address common challenges faced by air travellers, including ride availability concerns, surge pricing and last-minute cancellations. By providing confirmed rides for both airport departures and arrivals, IndiGo aims to enhance reliability throughout the travel journey.
The launch builds on IndiGo’s ongoing efforts to expand its travel services portfolio beyond flight bookings. In addition to air travel, the airline already facilitates hotel bookings through a network of more than 700,000 accommodation options and offers curated sightseeing experiences. The addition of airport transfers further broadens its integrated travel services ecosystem.

The service is currently available through IndiGo’s website and mobile application, allowing customers to book airport transfers alongside other travel services through a single platform.
