MetroPlusHealth Joins New York City FC for 17 Days of Community Focused Experiences at the NYNJ World Cup 26 Fan Zone Queens

MetroPlusHealth, New York City’s high quality, affordable health plan, is gearing up for 17 unforgettable days of football, community, and celebration when it joins New York City FC at the NYNJ World Cup 26 Fan Zone Queens. From June 11-27, fans at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center will experience an exciting mix of world‑class soccer energy and accessible health resources designed for all New Yorkers.
Located in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, the Club will have a dedicated fan experience, City Corner, where MetroPlusHealth will be activating alongside other partners at the NYNJ World Cup 26 Fan Zone Queens. The Fan Zone features daily World Cup match viewings on big screens, interactive games, giveaways, and more. MetroPlusHealth is excited to meet New Yorkers where they are and deliver its community-driven mission through soccer-centered engagement, a life-size foosball activation, and on-site multilingual staff offering information about available health care resources and services.
New Yorkers are invited to watch live matches on the big screen at USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center’s Louis Armstrong Stadium, where a high-energy atmosphere and full slate of engaging programming will keep attendees entertained throughout the tournament.
