A new report from ZentrumHub, based on analysis of more than 1.5 million hotel bookings across 90+ OTAs, highlights the growing role of AI agents in travel bookings. The study estimates that AI could account for 5-8% of OTA hotel bookings by 2027, prompting travel businesses to prioritise faster inventory access, cleaner data, and stronger distribution capabilities to remain competitive.
