Founded in September 2025, Trevel was established to address operational and customer experience challenges within urban mobility, including ride cancellations, service inconsistency and reliability concerns. The company focuses exclusively on electric vehicle-based transportation services, aiming to provide a more dependable and technology-enabled mobility experience.
Since its launch, Trevel has expanded from an initial fleet of four vehicles to more than 50 premium electric vehicles operating across the Delhi NCR region. The company reports completing over 5,000 rides and achieving a repeat customer rate exceeding 70 per cent.
Trevel currently offers airport transfers, city rides and hourly rental services through its platform. Its fleet includes MG Windsor EV, MG ZS EV, Kia Carens Clavis EV and BYD e6 models, with BMW iX1 vehicles expected to be added in the near future.
To support future growth, the company has signed strategic memoranda of understanding with MG Motor India and Kia India. It has also introduced Trevel 2.0, an upgraded version of its technology platform designed to strengthen its mobility infrastructure and operational capabilities.
Looking ahead, the company plans to add approximately 25 vehicles each month and expand its fleet to 500 vehicles by March 2027. The expansion strategy is aimed at increasing market presence and supporting rising demand for electric mobility solutions.
Trevel is led by CEO Mishu Ahluwalia, COO Rishi Raj Kochhar and CGO Sahil Jindal, whose experience spans mobility, operations, growth and customer engagement.
