Connie Health completes Clearlink deal

Connie Health, an AI-native Medicare navigation platform, has completed the acquisition and integration of Clearlink’s Medicare business, following a $40m Series B funding round.

The Series B was led by HealthQuest Capital, with participation from JSL Capital alongside existing backers Khosla Ventures, aMoon, and Pitango HealthTech. The round brings Connie Health’s total funding to $85m, bolstering its balance sheet and giving the company the financial flexibility to pursue further acquisitions aimed at driving long-term national growth.

The Clearlink deal marks the company’s tenth completed acquisition, underlining its ability to use its AI-native technology platform to absorb and scale large books of business.

Connie Health’s platform brings together a network of local agents supported by proprietary technology to help seniors find and enrol in appropriate health coverage. The company aims to simplify Medicare decisions and provide ongoing support, with a focus on delivering a more transparent and human-centred experience.

Beyond helping consumers navigate coverage options, Connie Health is also expanding its role as a strategic partner to Accountable Care Organizations, health systems, and risk-bearing provider groups. The company connects Medicare beneficiaries to suitable health plans earlier and more accurately, helping value-based care partners improve member attribution, close coverage gaps, and meet quality metrics tied to performance in risk-based contracts.

Following the completed Clearlink integration, Connie Health has said it intends to continue investing in its agent network, further acquisitions, its AI-driven platform, and its partnerships with value-based care providers.
