Redmi has officially confirmed the launch of the K90 Ultra in China. The company also shared its expected price range and opened pre-reservations in the country.
In a post on Weibo, Redmi announced that the K90 Ultra will launch in China later this month. Meanwhile, Xiaomi Group President Lu Weibing said the device will sit below the K90 Max in the lineup. He also confirmed a price tag of around CNY 3,000.
The Redmi K90 Ultra targets users who want strong performance at a lower flagship cost. It is mainly designed as a gaming-focused smartphone. Pre-reservations are now live for users in China. However, Redmi has not revealed full specifications yet. Still, leaks suggest strong internal hardware for the device.
According to reports, the phone may feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It is also expected to include an 8,500mAh battery. In addition, the device may come with an active cooling fan for better gaming performance.
