Jalandhar-based TSC India Ltd has expanded its service portfolio by entering the hotels and visa services segments as part of its strategy to build a diversified travel services platform. The company said the move is aimed at broadening its offerings across the travel value chain and creating new revenue streams alongside its existing ticketing business.
According to the official announcement, the company said it has entered the visa services business through the acquisition of GITHM Pvt. Ltd. The acquired company has already started contributing to TSC India‘s revenue performance.
TSC India, listed on the NSE SME platform, operates as an integrated ticketing solutions company, providing booking, digital distribution, payment integration and transaction processing services for events across entertainment, sports and other live experiences.
New verticals to expand travel offerings
The company said its new hotels business will focus on accommodation-related services and customer support for travellers. Through this vertical, TSC India plans to offer hotel booking services to its network of agents, enabling them to provide accommodation solutions to customers alongside other travel-related services. According to the company, the hotels segment presents growth opportunities driven by rising travel demand, tourism activity and consumer preference for integrated travel solutions.
The visa services vertical, strengthened through the acquisition of GITHM Pvt. Ltd., will provide visa processing and documentation support services. TSC India said the acquired business has established operational capabilities and an existing customer base, allowing for immediate integration into its operations.
Company sees long-term growth potential
Commenting on the expansion, Managing Director Ashish Mittal said the hotels and visa services businesses are a natural extension of the company’s existing travel and customer service capabilities.
“We are pleased to announce our entry into the Hotels and Visa Services segments, which represent a natural extension of our existing travel and customer service capabilities. The acquisition of GITHM Pvt. Limited has enabled us to establish an immediate presence in the visa services market and has already begun contributing to our revenue base,” Mittal said.
He added, “We believe both verticals offer substantial growth potential and are aligned with our long-term strategy of building a diversified and scalable travel services platform. The initial response has been encouraging and we expect these businesses to contribute positively to our growth trajectory and overall financial performance going forward.”
TSC India said it will continue to focus on expanding its service portfolio while seeking sustainable long-term growth and value creation for customers and stakeholders.
